PAR cadence that sticks

  1. Schedule PAR after key benchmarks (e.g., Water on the Fire) and at set intervals.
  2. Record completion times and unresolved elements on the board.
  3. Use divisions/groups to collect and echo PAR—reduces radio congestion.

CAN that informs decisions

  1. Require CAN on entry, task change, hazard discovery, and completion.
  2. Summarize CAN onto the board; note risks, resource needs, and time.
  3. Use CAN to adjust objectives, reinforce LCES, and set the next benchmark.
